Refund policy
If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase within the first 30 days, we will refund your money.
Returns with valid proof of purchase will receive a refund based on the initial form of payment, such as the credit card used for the purchase. "Valid Proof(s) of Purchase" include the order number, order confirmation email, or original sales receipt.
Simply contact us via phone (562) 916-6054 or email info@shotcollar.com and share the reason for your return. We will then provide you with a return shipping label and shipping details. Once we have received the returned unit, we will process your refund.
